Conference Facilities

The four star Roman Camp Country House Hotel is able to entertain both residential and non-residential groups. We have a range of comfortable, elegant rooms that can accommodate conferences or meetings from two to one hundred and fifty delegates.There are fifteen bedrooms in the hotel, all of individual character, with en-suite facilities.

We offer a high standard of service in our award winning restaurants. For periods of relaxation or escapism, many activities and pursuits can be arranged in our twenty acres of grounds or nearby. You can take advantage of the Trossachs National Park, golf courses, including the local course at Callander, lochs and rivers, not to mention some of the fine distilleries. Complimentary fishing is available to hotel guests on our private beat of the River Teith right outside our front door.

Rooms can also be set composite style for smaller groups to include informal seating area and boardroom table or lecture/display area. We are able to supply a Projector Screen, TV, DVD, White Board, Flip Chart & Pens, Telephone and Internet Access is available in Meeting Rooms. Day Delegate Rates are available from £49.50 and 24 Hour rates from £200.00 per night, depending on requirement
