We are currently recruiting for the above post to supplement the team of our busy and friendly waiting department. Applicants will be able to work in a luxurious and prestigious restaurant rated as one of the top twenty in Scotland by the AA. Gaining experience in fine dining and an establishment focused on customer service and high standards.
Job Details:
Area: Roman Camp Hotel, Callander, Function Restaurant, Fine Dining Restaurant, Lounge areas, Cocktail and Lounge Bar, Still rooms and ancillary service areas.
Duties: As a member of the waiting department your main duties will include, service of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Afternoon Teas to the general public in all front of house areas. Bar work, Wine service, Room service, as well as cleaning and maintenance of the above areas will also be part of your job requirements. The restaurant department operates seven days per week from 07:30 to midnight: with shifts of varying lengths from 4 hours upwards.
Qualifications: Good personality and friendly attitude with a willingness to please your customers, previous experience is helpful but not essential.
Hours:
Part Time: Hours and shifts to suit by mutual agreement.
Full time: Permanent all year round post, minimum 35 hours per week various shifts including split shifts, 5 days out of 7.
Salary: Negotiable, Live in accommodation available.
