This menu is prepared daily by our Chef, Ian McNaught, for you to enjoy the freshest produce, combined with his skills in creating a balanced and original dinner.

Dinner service is available each evening from seven o’clock until nine, you may choose from our highly recommended “Tasting Dinner Menu” which is six courses and changes every evening. Our A’La Carte menu offers alternative items and has a choice of dishes for each course, changed seasonally, and finally our “Vegetarian Dinner Menu”. We have wonderful lounges including our Oak Panelled Library and Drawing room, to enjoy drinks before dinner while ordering your meal, and available also after diner for coffee and liqueurs, while relaxing in the company of friends.
